Eligibility rules
You must be at least 18 years old and resident in a country where online gambling is legal. We operate under licence 8048/JAZ2024-055 from the Curaçao Gaming Control Board, and we verify your age and location during the KYC process.
We cannot accept players from the USA, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Denmark, Sweden or Romania. If you register from a restricted country, your account will be closed and winnings voided. You may hold one account only: duplicate accounts are removed and bonuses forfeited.
- Minimum age 18
- One account per person, per household, per IP address
- Australian players are welcome, with AUD as the default currency
How Our Sign-Up Form Works
Step by step
Tap the Sign Up button in the top corner of any page and follow the steps below. The whole form fits on one screen on mobile and desktop.
Pick your account currency during sign-up. AUD, USD, EUR, BTC, ETH and USDT are supported, and you cannot change it later without contacting support, so choose the one you'll actually deposit and withdraw in.
- Enter your email address and create a password.
- Fill in your full name and date of birth exactly as they appear on your ID.
- Add your residential address and mobile number.
- Select your account currency (AUD, USD, EUR, BTC, ETH or USDT).
- Confirm you are 18 or over and accept our terms and privacy policy.
- Submit the form, then verify your email via the link we send you.
Getting Verified Before You Withdraw
KYC documents
We ask for verification before your first withdrawal, not at sign-up, so you can play straight away. Our compliance team reviews documents within 24 to 48 hours, and you'll get an email the moment your account is fully verified.
Clear, unedited photos or PDFs speed things up. Blurred corners or cropped addresses are the most common reasons for a declined document, so photograph the whole page.
- Photo ID: passport, driver's licence or national ID card
- Proof of address: utility bill or bank statement under 3 months old
- Proof of payment method: card photo or e-wallet screenshot for the method you deposited with

Fixing Common Sign-Up Issues
If the confirmation email hasn't arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then request a new link from the sign-up screen. Corporate email filters sometimes block our domain, so a personal address works best.
Already registered with us? Sign in instead of creating a second account: duplicates breach our terms and both accounts get suspended. If you've forgotten your details, use the Forgot Password link or contact live chat, available 24/7.
A declined KYC document is usually just a legibility issue. Reshoot the document with all four corners visible and natural lighting, upload it again, and our team will re-review it within 24 to 48 hours.
